Mad Magazine
I read this month's Mad magazine and for some reason thought the description of the smell seemed a lot like it was authored by Mr. Wheaton. Sounded like some of his swill reviews. Also, a shameless plug for greedbay.

Re: Mad Magazine
I've purchased a few items on ebay, that when opening the box brought about some unexpectedness. Generally the odors are cigarette smoke related or a musty mildew smell. The biggest surprise was in a box that came from Florida. Upon opening the box and removing the item, about a half dozen roaches, all at least 2" long, came scurrying out.
Needless to say I spent the next half hour rounding up the uninvited guests and disposing of them before my wife found out. If she had seen them it would have been my last ebay purchase. I did receive an apology and a complete refund from the seller when I notified her of the stowaways.

Sooner or later you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it.
