The cans I won have been shipped and from the tracking I expect them to show up tomorrow. In fact, the package is probably at my post office now.

Great to hear. So I am just being ignored. Good to know. Not that it is that big of a deal, my kids ignored me when they were toddlers too. And most of the time when I go to the bar, the bartender ignores me until I try to leave without paying the tab!! But that is what is so odd, I paid immediately, and then the sound of silence became deafening.

Did you receive communication that it was shipped? Or did it just show up? The other auctions I always get some communication that my purchase shipped.

This may not be any help but have you checked your spam folder? I just recently ran into this with a shipment of car parts - no contact and they just showed up. All the confirmation was sent to spam. I didn't have their address in my contacts so it was sent to spam because the way the spam filter is set up. I know less than most about computers, just sharing what I learned recently. :smile: Hope all goes well with your purchase.

I did get a tracking number email.... I don't know exactly how it happens but when Jeff sends me stuff I get it in FL in two days... Erik sends me something and it can take 2 weeks... no idea how they route stuff.

It always seems a bit hard to get ahold of Jeff but he always comes through...

So hard to type through all these Arizona tears.... Andy

Excellent suggestion, but yes, I checked my spam folder before starting my search for Jeff. I get it, when I retire, I am getting rid of my cell phone and going back to the olden days when I wasn't always connected. But as long as I am in business, I have to be responsible, and follow up with my client is a timely manner.

Following the auction, got to your "My Account" page and pay what's owed (unlike some other auctioneers, CanSmart doesn't tack on a bogus +3% fee if you make an electronic payment). Once the payment is processed, the tracking number will be visible on the "My Account" page.

No "pay this amount" emails are sent, nor have I ever received tracking info from them via email . . . The presumption seems to be that we're reasonably tech-savvy adults who can operate a computer on our own.

There you have it. Thank you for that tutorial. I do see what I had been missing. So now I know, and now more spats of consternation due to the unknown.
