Canvention Registration Form?

Just received the latest BCCA magazine (nice job once again!) but I was surprised to not see the registration form in it for Canvention.
Is it online somewhere? Anybody know?

The registration comes in the May/Jun issue, and online will be around that time also.

Any hints on the size and cost of tables on the CANvention floor? In St. Louis they were 8 feet long and cost $45; in Norfolk they were 6 feet long and cost $40 each.

If the trend continues, they'll be 4 feet long and cost $35 each. (I have no clue yet)

CANvention 52 registration form will be in the May/June issue of the magazine and online about the time the magazine is hitting members mailboxes. The CANvention planning committee is working out the table costs with the vendor and we are waiting on a banquet cost from the Galt House.
All tables will be 6 ft.
