Cones & Flats on the Beach Photo's any idea's?
I've looked at these before but just tried 1200dpi scans. Zoomed in a bit on just the important areas.. still not certain though. Thought the flats kinda look like Edelbrau's perhaps.... Don't have any idea exactly where these were taken.
Any better idea's? thanks, Andy

The flats do look like Edelbrew, bottom opened. The cone could be a Schmidt's?

Bottom opened Edelbrew (58-37) and Schmidt's of Philadelphia Beer cone at the New Jersey shore.
Sunday, May 16, 1948 (but that's going out on a limb, could of been Saturday.)

Judging by the low tide, shadow angles and visible wristwatches, it's 3:35 p.m.hemmings wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2023 6:34 am Perhaps I didn't make myself clear.... Maybe closer to 4 o'clock as the weather was reported* to be cloudy (no shadows), temperature of 58F and wind out of the SSW at 16mph, as seen in some of the hair. As reported at Egg Harbor. Not a bikini day at the beach for sure.
