Overflow hotel?
Is there any movement on this? It's been 'coming soon' on the Canvention page for quite a while. If this isn't happening, I want to be able to make alternate arrangements, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Yes, I'm sure people are working hard on this, but it'd be kind of nice to know where we stand...

Re: Overflow hotel?
The “rooming section” of the planning committee had a conference call with the overflow property on Friday. We found that we had a shortfall of rooms on Saturday. We added more rooms to Saturday.
The eblast with reservation information should go out early next week from the BCCA office. After a few days we will check our pick up and see where (if at all) we need to add rooms. We do have some room to grow at this property.
We have live within our financial means and and just can not over contract for room nights we might not sell.
We are amazed by the patience of most collectors who have been waiting nearly 4 months for us to get the room situation resolved. Thanks!

Re: Overflow hotel?
Thanks! I'm sure there was a lot of movement behind the scenes, and I understand the constraints.
