My take at the canvention.
Not a big haul but a great time, I did talk to the guy with all the white horse cans that were made into chairs but out of my budget but managed to pickup this one from a really cool collector from virginia.
The alpen brau is a upgrade for me as well.

Re: My take at the canvention.
Your take is larger than mine, pictured here. I wasn't able to find any crowntainers at the Canvention for my collection. But I did buy 5 for other collectors and have sent them on to their enthusiastic new homes. That said, it was a special Canvention for me. First off it was 49 years between Canventions. !972 in Lake Geneva, WI to 2021 in St Louis, MO. Hard to believe that much time has passed, yet it certainly has. But more importantly, I was able to get together for some BBQ and refreshments at the house with other Crowntainer collectors, past and present, and other good friends in the hobby. What a great time. And really, isn't that what it is all about? We chase the cans because we love them for reasons that are unique to each of us. But the one consistent thing in this great hobby, is the people, by and large some of the nicest you could ever call friends. So we had a great evening talking Crowntainers, beercans, and swapping stories and hoping that tomorrow brings each of that next great addition to the collection. It really doesn't get better than that. Cheers all!!

Re: My take at the canvention.
There were some, including some cones and flats. Lots of sports cans. There was at least one table that had a lot, if not all pop cans. (Sorry, I’m an Iowa boy. It’s pop! ) I don’t remember a lot of details. I did pick up some Denver Broncos Orange Crush players. Not a whole set, but a few.

If I remember correctly, Rich Lenhardt had a bunch of nice soda cans. I think.

Cool. I think I have a couple Denver crush I can part with. I’ll have to dig them out. There was a coke barrel sign too I’d like to have if anyone sees it.
