Post by zoinkss »

I've been looking for the enamel variation of this can for a while.
Found a body blank of it recently.

Fox Head 400 enamel.jpg
I picked this up because it's a paintover. Then I was told it's an obscure can, so I kept it as I got it.
The trim is gray, not gold. Not sure if it's a fade, but the reds are all there.
Always wondered what is underneath.........

The last two pictured cans (Bob L. and Jim Romine's cans) are what I consider the "enamel version" of the can. Zoinkss' flat sheet is the "dull gold" version, which is yet another hard-to-find variant.
