Week 12 fantasy review.

#1

Post by thatsus02 »

Well sports fans as the season winds down, the race for the top 4 is still heated and extremely contested.

Week 12 saw Crowntainers continue his hot ways as he locked the 1 seed up with his 125-81 win over Guns Wranglers. Greg liked his 1st round pick but would have gladly changed it for his chance at playoff glory. Instead he is packing his cans.

My Saints took down the Ranchers 91-71, even with his lack luster performance from stud Manning. Saints hair turns grey as he has to wait till Sunday night each week to see the results of his players.

Steamers knock off the Gladiators 107-67 as he continues his climb back into contention. This keeps his hope alive and brings the Glads back into a 3 way tie for 1st in the west.

Sweepers wins 119-83 over the sportmen, and takes 3rd overall from the Saints by points for tie breaker.

Silver Bar wins 86-45 over the Hotdogs and moves to 6-6 but a little too late for glory. Steve should really lookk at drafting outside the District of Washington next season.

So the last 3 spots comes down to the last week of the regular season, Win and your in. Lose and its a coin flip. Sweepers, Saints, Steamers the Gladiators have a shot. Steamers plays Sweepers and tries to win his last three against the wests leaders and making the playoffs, one will lose which giver the other two a chance even with a loss. Better hope for high scores and hopefully a win.. GOOD LUCK!

Until next week..........

Just to clear up what happened to team silver bar was not the draft and I never drafted anyone from the district of Washington. now the state of Washington produced very well for me this year. Seattle's d was great and their running back was one of the tops in the league. my problem was all the injuries /out for the year starters I had but hey thats football. even with all of those I did ok using waiver wire. it was a fun league and hopefully I can play again ? GREAT JOB ON ALL THE RECAPS.

Win or lose, it's always fun. My biggest downfalls this season was drafting Brady, and losing Randall Cobb & Julio Jones. I'll be back next year!

This has been a tough year with a lot of big names going down early. It goes to show you that luck and timing are a big part of it. In my case, I have been winning smoke and mirrors (and Jimmy Grahm). All the other playoff teams score more points every time EXCEPT when they play me. My first round pick, C.J. Spiller has been a bust and several of my players have come from the Waiver Wire. The only reason I won last year was because I got Adrian Peterson in th 3rd ROUND because nobody thought he would play till mid season coming off his injury!
