Same Label & Flavour, Different Brands
A big thanks to fellow RB'r @ColeSlawYum for making sure I received the Wilson's version.

Re: Same Label & Flavour, Different Brands
So Crush International bought Pure Spring in 1963, but it remained as is and competed against Crush brands. Crush had also acquired Wilson's in 1973.
I guess they decided at the time they would share an almost identical design.
The next cans that share a same design is American Dry ginger ale, and Gurd's ginger ale.
Lastly was Sussex Old English Stone ginger beer, and Wilson's Old English Style Stone ginger beer...these are all under the Crush umbrella.
The only other I can think of that shared an almost identical design was Top Valu-Ottawa, and Red Leaf-Edmonton, but they were in no way associated as far as I know.
I'm thinking there is another, but can't put my finger on it.

Re: Same Label & Flavour, Different Brands
Ok thanks, sounds like it they under the Crush umbrella, The Top Valu and Red Leaf cans I think are generic, it's the same base design for all flavours, just a grocery chain logo added.
