PBR malt extract tray paintover
Came across this PBR Malt Extract tray with gold paintover- noticed one on theBay sold for $350+ with the same gold partially removed. Anyone ever try to remove the overpaint? Ziphippie

Re: PBR malt extract tray paintover
I did a metal plat for a fellow RB’er, looks to be around the same era ? I initially thought a solvent would work but I couldn’t find anything that would cut it. The paint after so many years got really hard. I ended up going to the old rubbing compound.
