I'm a very visual person and was fortunate enough to get a chance to walk through the convention center and hotel while at Swap-a-rama.
Here are a few other items of interest.
There are no loading docks to the convention center. The entrance has a place one can drive up to and unload. The distance to the hall is not very far from the front door.
The main hotel, the Marriott is directly across the street. Circled in red in first photo.
The overflow hotel, the Courtyard is across the street but next to the convention center. Circled in green in first photo.
You can pull into the front of the hotel to unload but there isn't a lot of room for numerous cars.
Once you depart the front of the hotel, turn right and look for the Marriot sign for the parking garage. Blue arrow in first photo. It is $18 per day with in and out access.

@keithker
All great info for those planning to attend. Checked the BCCA website. Can't find similar information. Is there a defined link on that site?
Thanks for everything you're doing relative to the Hobby and CANvention!
