Help needed on a Gold can turning dusty white

#1

Post by Kueblerconetop »

Rusty Bunch:

Worked on a bunch of cans with an Oxalic soak and they came out fine with one exception. Had a gold can with a black label turn pale white. Rinsed off and dried the can and it looks like a thin layer of powdery white dirt that wont come off. Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of this?

Thanks,

Michael
