My un-Vegas Cans

At the last minute, I had to crawfish out of going to the show, but I got a phone call that Friday out of the blue and was able to pick up these 2 cans. The Maier came out of an old grocery store in Nevada.

The Golden Creme English Style Ale was one of the best dug out of a dozen a few years ago in the eastern Sierra desert. It came from an old mining camp and a buried dump. When the cans were put into a bucket of O. acid, the acid started to bubble from whatever the minerals were in the soil and on the cans! Needless to say, they cleaned up great!

While you were scoring big...Dan and I were being buffeted by 60 mph winds in a duststorm metal detecting for cans...needless to say...you did better thatn we did...mt

Any Golden Creme Ale with color is very rare.... there is probably less than a 6 pack known for indoor.... there are a few dozen sun-baked dumpers around - some have even been repainted.
