Re: Budweiser Super Bowl ad ticks off craft brewery co-found
I thought the commercial was excellent and helped their brand if anything...... Was watching the Super Bowl, and when that commercial came on I was shocked, and immediately rewinded it and played it 3 or 4 times not believing what I was seeing. So.....to Sea Monkey's comment: "helped their bra...

Re: Spring Show for Spring Rusty Bunch Chapter Meeting
Harrisburg airport is probably 20 min. from show, baltimore airport hour and 15 min.away ,philadelphia probably hour and a half away. harrisburg's a nice ,smaller airport, probably a little more money, but you can usually get through it a little faster then the other 2 and save at least an hour of trav...

Re: This Can in Line with the Price?
I was watching this as well. thought it went a bit cheap. I know of two dealers site currently listing this can. One at $150 and the other at $200. So yeah, someone got a good deal in my opinion. hard to get a feel for a cans value off a dealer site, most of them are stuck in the hobbies hayday ,and...

The rarest can I owned ,was the 2nd best chester qt of only 4 known .Got rid of it,because it wasn't shiney enough for my shelf, wish I would of made an exception for this can, since I also found the can. So now it belong's to truckwash doug, would sure like a shot at getting it back if he ever decides...

It is amazing how quickly you can build a nice collection with some money. It takes all of the fun out of it Yeah it's much more satisfying having to scrape and scrounge up money for month's,then maybe get lucky and find a nice example when you finally have the money saved, after you watch your can s...

I hate when people put aluminum 70's cans or any pull tab in cone top section. Some clowns will put 2 pages of hundreds of worthless pull tabs in cone section :smt021 It's bad enough when they end up in the flat section, because a novice probably listed them and think's that's what they have, but no...

Re: You Goya,boya!
My hat's off to Jim for the eBay buy & resale. He can make a pawnbroker jealous! When he listed it he put it in the flat top category as well as the tab category. Smart move. My thought on buying and reselling for profit on things listed on the RB site: If you are putting something up for sale ...

Might help a little, but I don't know if it will save the value of the older can's.The hobby got a little boost from the internet,in the early 2000's,when all the guy's that stopped collecting, rediscovered the hobby, and realized that with enough money they could obtain the can's they dreamed of owni...

If it is about collecting and comradery do away with the free beer. Really not that hard. Just no one wants to make the tough decision. If it was about collecting & comradery get rid of all beer all together. I'm Sensing a Lynch mob in waiting. I don't think you have to get rid of beer all toge...

The projected prices are absolutely INSANE. $300-$600 for a scratchy 2 panel Manhattan!? $28,000 (not a typo!) for a Doelger Bock, $200-$300 for a 12 Horse tray you can buy on eBay for $50-100 any day you want. If you miss it today don't worry, a new one will be up tomorrow. Crazy I seen 3 kreuger ...
